These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoiceWork iOS app and related services (the "Service") provided by VoiceWork ("VoiceWork", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts and Authentication
You may use the Service with an anonymous account or by signing in with email or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. The Service
VoiceWork lets you record voice notes, upload audio, and receive AI-generated transcripts, summaries, translations, and other outputs. The Service also provides AI chat features and structured note actions based on your content.
4. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and upload any audio and for complying with applicable laws (including consent requirements for recording).
5. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases and billing are handled by the app store platforms and payment processors. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and refunds are governed by those providers.
Usage limits (such as minutes per billing period) are enforced by the Service. Free trials and promotional minutes may be limited and subject to eligibility rules.
Add-on Minutes
Add-on recording minutes are one-time, non-expiring purchases. Minutes are credited to your account immediately upon purchase.
Refund requests are processed through Apple. If Apple grants a refund, the corresponding minutes will be removed from your account.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers for hosting, analytics, AI processing, billing, and support. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your account and associated data from our systems, except for certain records retained for billing, compliance, or abuse prevention. You may also delete individual notes at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its software, design, and branding are owned by VoiceWork and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICEWORK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceWork from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, if changes are material, provide notice in the app or by other means.
