Is there a Mac or Android app?

Not at the moment. Mac and Android versions are on the way soon.

Best Practices

What are some best practices to use VoiceWork?

Capture thoughts regularly and without overthinking. The more you save, the more context the AI has to organize and link later.

Keep notes brief and centered on a single subject when possible. Short entries are easier to find and nicer to revisit in the future.

Soft speech or background noise is fine. VoiceWork is tuned to capture your voice clearly.

If your language is not supported (for example, Icelandic), set your preferred language to English and record anyway for a strong translation.

Privacy

Are my notes really private?

Yes. Notes are private, never used for model training, and only accessed for authenticated user requests.

Can you access my voice recordings?

No. Your recordings are stored locally on your phone.

AI

What AI models do you use?

We use best-in-class models, including GPT-4o and the highest-tier Whisper Large model for transcription.

Subscriptions

How to cancel your subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your Apple ID at the top, choose Subscriptions, select VoiceWork, then tap Cancel Subscription.

What happens after cancellation?

Your subscription stays active until the current billing period ends. After that, your account moves back to the free plan.
